Loudest washing machine we have had in over 40 years. It clanks, no kidding here, when it starts. And it will not clean pet hair. Nope, doesn't matter what the setting it will not clean pet hair. You have to send the items through several washes.

An Expensive Regret

No one told me that a standard cycle — using HE detergent with nothing heavy or particularly dirty — takes over an hour and has my electric bill out of control. I called Maytag. They said yes - 60 to 75 minutes is insane. Avoid this awful model.

Don’t buy this. Maytag insane

When unbalanced, the washer getting crazy, you have to wait about 2 minutes long until door unlock then helping reset the weight of the clothes. I cannot babysit the washer all the time, so the washing cycle always failed and died in the midway, I had to hand wash them to finish the story. I returned it and changed to LG brand, a very reliable, quiet, worry free machine.

Very noisy and shaky

Wanted to rate it 0 stars but the review wouldn't let me. Bought an open box machine and it did not work when delivered. Best buy obviously did not check the integrity of the machine prior to the sale or delivery. Tried to get my old machine back and got the run around from customer service and the store staff. Went 4 days without being able to do laundry. Never again.
