Horrible

Can’t tell when it’s turned on with delay light panel. Can’t handle “ heavy” load. MAJORLY dissatisfied and mad at waste of time and $. Maytag….what happened?

Very easy to use & quiet.

It completes the cycle rather quick compared to my Maytag that it replaced. The only reason why it didn’t get 5 stars is that it does often go off balanced & you have to sort to clothes to complete the cycle.

Allows you to set it for extra water when needed; a faucet function and simple user interface. Operation is quiet. The only reason we dropped a star is we were surprised when we found out it does not have a fabric softener dispenser. You must use a Downy ball for that. It has a bleach dispenser feature but nothing for fabric softener. Seems odd for a Maytag as we consider the brand as "premium".

I love the faucet feature if I just wanna rinse something. It’s quiet and does a great job cleaning the clothes. It has many options for many different types of loads and they all work great!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So i hear a knock on my door and it's my neighbor and she asked what that noise coming from your house i told her it's my new washer and she said oh did you buy a Maytag..Yes its Noise but its doing a good job the motor is good and it cleans very well especially the whites its in the grage so i kinda dont mind the noise but at this time and age you think it should be quieter but Not this model and Not for that price the 7 year old Maytag that quit on me was Much Better thas why im giving this one 3 stars

On normal wash itwaahes and spins with exceptional force! Clothes cone out clean and fresh with minimal water usage. Dobt like that this model doesn't have a softner compartment but i purchased a downy ball and throw it in when i start the wash. Problem solved.

I searched the Best Buy site selecting the agitator button and selected this one. It arrived and didn't have an agitator. I returned the item and waited a week or so for the correct replacement. Then the driver had an "emergency" no explanation just emergency and so they put me back in the que and I had to wait an additional 4 days to get my washing machine. There was no urgency or attempt to expedite their mistakes or emergencies... everyone was sorry for my experience but made no overture to help to rectify my issue... just get back in line. This is my last Best Buy purchase!!!

Have had it for a couple weeks now and it is just as good as our last! Highly recommend and love that the new one has a built in water spout for stains etc

We also didn’t realize it didn’t have a detergent drawer. We ordered a little more expensive LG washer and we are thrilled with it so far.
