For me I like this easy to use machine , deep drum and quite sound

Very good thus far even though I’ve only used it about 5 times.

I purchased an open box Maytag washing machine from an outlet store. I came with a LG manual and something was rolling around under the wash plate I had to remove from previous use. I called to request a manual and was told to just go on line and look it up no link to manual was provided. It turned into a huge delay trying to find the information needed.

Clean and Easy set up. The crew was polite. They were professional. Took extra parts and machine away.

Does an excellent job. Especially like the glass lid. I can see what’s really happening.

Little success having my unit actually wash clothes. Most clothes still come out dirty or having perfume/cologne still on them. I’ve tried powder and liquid detergent. The powder tends to get left on the clothes in clumps. When i wash blankets it tends to get imbalanced and i have to adjust and restart, so annoying. Wouldn’t recommend.

Love the washer it doesn’t take as long to wash easy to operate

I bought this in October. I thought I would try the new technology with no agitator and less water. I was advised to get the one that had the max fill option. Worst…washer…ever. The clothes do t even move. The basket agitates but the clothes just sit and wiggle a little. I’ve tried max water, auto, etc. I’ve called the manufacturer customer service. My clothes come out with detergent streaks on them, nothing is clean. I’ve tried every which way and changed detergents too. It is simply a fail.

Really noise machine. When is taking water, the plumbing in the house start chattering. Really annoying noises.

Worst washer ever purchased. I tried to stay true to the good old brands from when our parents were young. I didn’t want to purchase a washer by the same company who makes cell phones so I went with Maytag. Boy was I wrong. Its only a couple of months old and its not working despite having a tech come out to fix. It doesnt soak all the clothes til the rinse cycle starts. It hardly agitates. Sometimes it skips the rinse snd spin so I am left with soaked clothes. I do NOT recommend.

Unfortunately, I'd recommend considering a different brand for a washer. After 2 years some parts that turn the agitator broke and Maytag would not replace or repair them. I had purchased this largely on the Maytag name, but that turned out to be a mistake that a $700 washer would break and a company focused on reliability would not make good on it. Sadly, a buyer has to beware of the durability of this product!

AVOID MAYTAG! The lid on my machine broke within 2 years, triggering error codes and affects operation. It has been a recurring problem for years, and Maytag refuses to cover the repair or improve its product. Replacement lids are over $200 which I'd have to buy every 2-3 years. Search "Maytag lid" and read testimonials from other dissatisfied customers.

Defective under 30 days Maytag will not replace it and neither will Bestbuy I have never gone out of my way to write a review but I am very unhappy that I just spent 650. on a washer and it's a lemon.

It broke in less than 2 months of very minimal use. Spend the extra money and buy a Speed Queen instead of this garbage.
