Have had it for a couple weeks now and it is just as good as our last! Highly recommend and love that the new one has a built in water spout for stains etc

I searched the Best Buy site selecting the agitator button and selected this one. It arrived and didn't have an agitator. I returned the item and waited a week or so for the correct replacement. Then the driver had an "emergency" no explanation just emergency and so they put me back in the que and I had to wait an additional 4 days to get my washing machine. There was no urgency or attempt to expedite their mistakes or emergencies... everyone was sorry for my experience but made no overture to help to rectify my issue... just get back in line. This is my last Best Buy purchase!!!

Cheaply made and loud during operation

We also didn’t realize it didn’t have a detergent drawer. We ordered a little more expensive LG washer and we are thrilled with it so far.

I came with a LG manual and something was rolling around under the wash plate I had to remove from previous use. I called to request a manual and was told to just go on line and look it up no link to manual was provided. It turned into a huge delay trying to find the information needed.
