The washer we have had approximately a month have done numerous loads. It has wonderful features and nice to be able to fill the basket full of water so your clothes don’t rub on each other so badly and create pills and wreck your clothes. The only thing that is lacking is a dispenser for fabric softener other than that it’s perfect.

Only used the machine cleaning option so far. It took a long time, so the new machine must really be clean!

Looking for a machine that would fit in the laundry room aloud space and gkad to find this one. A lot of capacity, a great to use for all my throw blankets to be washed in one load.

Machine runs well and has lots of features but it is noisy

I had a Maytag Bravos for years with an impeller and it finally went out. I purchased this wonderful washer and couldn't be happier. Our clothes come out super clean and it has some great options. I must admit I was a little bummed that I can't use fabric softener like I used to, but I still love it. The washer is a little loud but once you get past that, everything else about it is great.

Comfortable and easy to use. The machine is roomy, not only do cloths come out very clean, I can also clean comforters that come out very nice.

Does a great job of cleaning the clothes. Works great for a great price. Cycle takes longer than my old washer but does an excellent job of cleaning.

The Maytag top load washing machine is extremely easy to operate for a machine with so many extra features. However it is a bit noisy.

I bought this washer for a rental unit I own and after installation, I stayed to do a load to check for leaks and make sure I knew how to use the machine if anyone had questions. BOY was I impressed. This is 100x better than the machine I have at home! I'm moving in a year and will be leaving my hi-end washer to buy this model for my new home. I highly recommend it. BTW - Best Buy install team is always great as well!

I love it! Huge barrel, quiet, pretty fast wash cycle and I love the glass lid.

Works well. Very hard to retrieve the operation manual over the innernet. Took several tries and getting the specific manual for this model is challenging, Installation people were quick and clean.

Basic washing machine - there really aren't many thrills here with this one. The capacity is good and it works just fine. It is noisier than expected and you have to buy a downey ball if you want to use a fabric softener. It just seems a little primitive for this day.

Performs exactly as described. It’s a little louder than the old Bravos XL but does a great job.

Love the big tub without agitator and the choice of washing selections, My favorite is the tub fill to the extra power boost IF I choose to use.

We recently purchased our Maytag washer after looking and comparing with several brands. I can tell you that Maytag does not disappoint us in its washing capabilities. Our clothes have been noticeably cleaner and smelling fresher. We had a Maytag years ago and now wonder why we didn't stick with this brand. Thanks Maytag and Best Buy!

It's unforgivable to sell a washer without a user's manual. They should be ashamed to mention the online version—one page, with print so tiny that it's difficult to read even with a magnifying glass. How much did Maytag save by omitting a fabric softener dispenser inside the machine? Could the drain hose have been designed and made any cheaper? Remember when even the drain hose was a solid-form fitted hose that was built to last 30 or more years just like their washing machines? We will be surprised if this washer will last for 10 years. I am so disappointed in a company that used to build quality products with the customer in mind.

I really love my new washer Not as tall but yet does my king size comforter in it. I shopped around and Bestbuy had the best price for this washer, I couldn’t believe other had a much higher price
