Disappointing experience of New Maytag Washing Mac

On scheduling appointment which took 3 days to attend our issue very disappointing. Poor installtion of this product.

Very noisy and shaky

Bad washer

Don't get Best Buy Server plan

Wanted to rate it 0 stars but the review wouldn't let me. Bought an open box machine and it did not work when delivered. Best buy obviously did not check the integrity of the machine prior to the sale or delivery. Tried to get my old machine back and got the run around from customer service and the store staff. Went 4 days without being able to do laundry. Never again.

Broke within 9 months

More expensive than other brands with soap dispenser. As soon as they installed I was on my way back to the store to say come get it. And purchased another one with soap/fabric softener draw.
