From front load washer to top load.

We had a front load washer before. The top load washer works better for us. Easy to use big or small load selections.

May be fine in the basement but not right off my kitchen. If you want to add clothes after it starts, all water is drained before the lid will unlock, don't like having to replace that water

I have to balance the laundry carefully to keep it form going out of balance during the cycle. I have to load smaller amount to keep it from going out of balance. Don't recommend it, too finicky.
