Waste of Water

It kept rinsing & draining constantly. However I do think that it got the clothes clean. I just wasn’t impressed with the amount of water & time it took to get the clothes washed.

Not only that Best Buy makes you make wait a week to get a repair appointment. I do not recommend buying anything from Best Buy or a Maytag washing machine.

I kid you not! We all have different hours and there is no way anyone can sleep through that noise.

What happen to Maytag?

The control knob literally feels like it was about to break off at any moment. The unit in general is very loud during normal wash and spin cycles. The lid has a gap towards the back near the control panel which allows you to look right down into the wash tub. Obvious alignment issues and fit and finish. The owner’s manual says Whirlpool and Maytag, these mergers are all about cost cutting and not quality.
