More expensive than other brands with soap dispenser. As soon as they installed I was on my way back to the store to say come get it. And purchased another one with soap/fabric softener draw.

Can’t tell when it’s turned on with delay light panel. Can’t handle “ heavy” load. MAJORLY dissatisfied and mad at waste of time and $. Maytag….what happened?

It completes the cycle rather quick compared to my Maytag that it replaced. The only reason why it didn’t get 5 stars is that it does often go off balanced & you have to sort to clothes to complete the cycle.

Allows you to set it for extra water when needed; a faucet function and simple user interface. Operation is quiet. The only reason we dropped a star is we were surprised when we found out it does not have a fabric softener dispenser. You must use a Downy ball for that. It has a bleach dispenser feature but nothing for fabric softener. Seems odd for a Maytag as we consider the brand as "premium".

I love the faucet feature if I just wanna rinse something. It’s quiet and does a great job cleaning the clothes. It has many options for many different types of loads and they all work great!
