Maytag Commercial Technology Washer

My washer is less than 2 yes. old and is not working properly, just shut off after 5 minutes when it said it had an hour and 36 minutes left. Best Buy said pound sand, you did not buy their extended warranty or geek squad service...too bad so sad. This is an $800 Maytag...Done with Best Buy!

Where is the water

I actually stop in mid cycle and carry water from kitchen to add to wash cycle and again to rinse cycle and I always choose extra rinse cycle. Just hate it . There is not a pre wash button. You have to choose a different cycle and try to trick it. Same with spin only.

Touch sensor malfunction
