Worst Machine Ever!!

I got the three year warranty and had the lid replaced 7 times and the store refused to replace the entire machine. Out of warranty and the lid left hand hinge is busted again.

All the options make it very useful to be able to wash so many items I was unable to before.

Poor quality parts or build quality

Now I’m waiting 11 days to find out what’s wrong with it. Who’s knows how many more days to get whatever parta it needs and more days to get someone back out here to fix it. They will warranty it, but you will wait for them to do it. And they will take their sweet time. I will never buy Maytag or whirlpool again. My old Samsung was reported and repaired with parts ordered in a week.
