So glad I was able to return it before my 14 days. The auto water fill doesn’t work well, neither does the deep fill. Clothes have minimal water and the agitator doesn’t move them around much. After a wash the detergent is still on them. Played with all settings and no luck.

While wash cycle is running some of the clothing is still dry and never runs through the soap during its cycle. Very low water level, would never recommend this washer.

Worked great for about a month

Now it wont move past the "filling with water" stage of the wash process. The unit makes a couple of noises like its trying to move to the next step but it can't. Very disappointing. A brand new unit, malfunctioning within the span of a month and a half.

Loud as a lawnmower and not at all what I thought I’d get with a Maytag. Sent back immediately!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For a washer with 5.2 cu ft there is NEVER more than an inch to 1 1/2 inches of water in the tub. I have tried with the auto fill and the deep fill. I can only wash 1-2 articles of clothing at a time to get them clean. Many times the soap has not been rinsed from the clothing as there is not enough water to get the load wet. When cycle is complete clothes still have dry areas on them I have called customer service and they say that is the design of the washer. I would say a washer should have enough water in a 5.2 cu ft tub to clean the laundry

After 20 years with our old tried and true washer and dryer we were ready for a replacement. We chose the top loader with agitator thinking it would actually agitate the clothes. Unfortunately, it took forever to do a load, didn't actually get the clothes clean and ruined my sons brand new nfl jersey. We ended up returned the washer and dryer after 1 week of having it. Best Buy's customer service was 5 star! They returned it no problem . We replaced them with Front Loaders
