Amazing capacity!

That and the current front loaders out there are too big for our space. I am loving the capacity! We combine what would have been several loads into one big load now. I could wash a king quilt coverlet AND the sheets all at once. We are about a month into ownership and have had the chance to check out the settings. The more spin/extract you desire the wrinklier your clothes will be. I love the rapid cycle for washing our familiy’s Swim gear quickly after the pool. I also really like choosing a temp in between warm and cold. It’s quieter than our old Kenmore front loader but still makes enough noise that we want to keep the laundry room door closed when watching TV around the corner. Clothes seem clean with no soap residue. I have been erring on the side of caution and using smaller amounts of liquid HE detergent and so far so good. After every load I keep thinking, “I sure do love this machine!”

Pulls the fibers on clothes - ruined all our bath towels. Clothes sometimes are still dry after 1:30 hr circle. Lasted 15 months- first repair would cost us as much as the washer cost brand new. Whirlpool/ Maytag customer service is horrible. Hrs on hold, no availability, will not call back. Whirlpool/ Maytag outsources their repair services with a company that is as bad as whirlpool is. Very disappointed.

Stopped Working!

We called Best Buy, they directed us to the manufacturer. The manufacturer came said it was a pipe issue. We called the plumber nothing wrong with our plumbing. It is the item! And now we cant even return it!

So I have to check it all the time to see when it stops running so I can open the lid and lift one of the items up and put it back in the same place & start it back up.

Don't waste your money

Great washer but broke down after 4.5 years of use

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the washer as it broke down 4.5 years after purchase. Still waiting for repairman to figure out and fix.
