I love this washer. Easy to use. The water level is the best too.

Washing machine is okay. However the lid around the hinge broke off after 8 months and after I finally got a hold of a repairman to fix it (under manufactory warranty) he knew exactly what part it was without me telling him. A little disappointing that Maytag continues to sell an appliance they know has a faulty lid. Anyway today was my second appointment that was cancelled at the last minute. I have been waiting now for my new lid to be installed. After receiving countless emails and texts to make sure I am available, so that you are not inconvenienced, then you cancel without notice.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this washer is not living up to what I thought. I wash a 2 or more lids of laundry every day and it’s very annoying when you have to babysit your washer to make sure it has enough water. It hardly puts any water in there and then starts the cycle. It’s going to tear up my clothes washing them with no water in the tub! It gets the clothes damp but how is that cleaning them if they are not sloshing around in water. I have now had to start the cycle and after it gets done sensing how much clothes are in there I have to pause it to add water to fill up the tub so it actually washers my clothes. If you spent almost a $1,000 on a washer you shouldn’t have to babysit it and add water. Hopefully I can exchange this for a different one.

Bulky items are a problem I had to take out items due to machine taking too long to balance Never a problem with my last machine

So far. This is my first use and its been awesome. Enjoy the Steam Option portion of this Washer. Got to say, Maytag was the smart choice.

Love, love, love my new Maytag washer! It gives me lots of options from a Deep Fill Option to a built-in water faucet to that can rinse stains to pretreat that grass or BBQ stain. If you download the App, you can remotely start or stop the washer and get end of cycle notifications. Tha app also allows you to troubleshoot issues if needed.

We are about a month plus into this washer and have had multiple issues. First, do not use a non liquid detergent or you will have multiple stains no matter the water temperature settings. Second, the load balance sensor is extremely sensitive and continues to error out hence wasting a lot of water. Third, it takes a bit of time for every load. Close to an hour or more sometimes. When everything works the way it should, it is a good washer. We will hold on to it for a bit more with hope that the kinks will work itself out.

Love having an agitator like I had in the past. I feel it gets my clothes cleaner. It also accommodates large loads.

So far I LOVE IT!!! I love the color. Metallic grey. I love the size especially and it works really really great.

This is the worst washer ever. It doesn’t work correctly and barely fills the washer with water even when it’s on deep fill. When it is supposed to be washing, the agitator barely moves and only washes for about 6mins then drains the water… all while still saying it’s washing. This is $1000 worth of trash!! And after 2 weeks, I can’t return it.

I wanted to love this washer but I honestly hate it. It’s constantly needing assistance. It doesn’t matter what’s being washed - sheets, shirts or towels...- it never finishes without needed adjusted. Everything gets stuck around the agitator. I’d give anything to return this washer. Also, the power button never works. I have to come back and try it over and over. It’s a touch screen to use, I wish it had REAL buttons.

This machine is very nice. It washes twice the size load as our old one. It’s very quiet, and does a great job.

It is large capacity. Runs very smoothly and is very quiet. Very sleek looking also. So far I love it!!!!!!!!!!
