Looks good! However, two stars based on functionality. It does not drain water- not on the regular setting, not for delicates or any other setting. The only setting that will usually drain the water is the quick cycle. I thought maybe I had made a mistake or put too many clothes in but in fact, I keep having to run an extra spin cycle to drain the water. Customer service has been great. Hopefully it can be easily fixed.

I looked at alot of different washers but this was am amazing purchase i can control it right from my phone love it

You pay $898 for what is suppose to be a high quality washer. My old GE did a better way of balancing than this new machine. I had my GE for close to 18yrs. This new washing machine as smart as it is has a terrible time balancing a load of a towel. Even 2 set of linens it could not successful spin without me te-arranging the items a few times. I find myself having to arrange the items in order to minimize the chance of machine going out of balance. i do not just through it in but having to arrange it is abit tooooo much So why so I keep trying because I wanted to buy American and Maytag was I was told an excellent product...well this is not my experience so far. If a product performance is not up to par from get go what will happen in fews months or a year down the line.

I wanted a washer with an agitator, thank you Best Buy for having one in store that I could see. I have a front loader & am sadly disappointed that it doesn't get my clothes clean enough. Now I'll have Maytag dependability & clean clothes . Will be delivered later this month.

Love that it gives the option to choose the water fill size. Can choose the Max water fill so you know your clothes are getting enough water to wash them. I also love the delayed wash timer.

I have had this washer for a few weeks and I have no complaints. It works great, I love the phone notifications when it is done and I have been able to wash large comforters with no issues. Highly recommend.

Washing settings easy to use. Agitator makes it easy to sort clothes evenly, not like my old whirlpool cabrio which often showed load unbalance and needed resetting and redistributing of laundry. The only issue I have is the end of cycle signal is not loud enough to hear.

So far so good. I didn't need a fancy washing machine but something with the basics such as delicates, towels, regular, and bulky and it has it all.

Love my washer had to mess with the settings a bit to get the hang of it but over it washer great love the modern look no regrets I’m This purchase I’ve been using mom stop since we got them it’s been over a month

Average Machine that took some time to use. Surprised in lack of features.

My Maytag washer and dryer are still in my box because I’m going to be moving, so hopefully I’m sure I will be satisfied. Maytag is a brand name that has been around along time, I could really never afford it. The price was excellent with holiday discount.

What a complete piece of junk. Nothing but headaches and failures and now the knob for settings what select a cycle. We can’t wash any clothes and need to call Maytag service M-F.

Purchase for a Family member and told me is quiet when in is operating I confirm this and saves on light bill, low on power when in use.

Super unhappy with this purchase, domt even try to wash a comforter or heavy jacket in here this machine wont wash it or also doesnt fill all the way up so half your close is in watee and half out. Sucks definitely returning
