Will not fill with enough water to even cover clothes. Limited wash customizations, Extortion for more money in the way of subscription fees to use app features. I feel Like I have been robbed. And then asked for more. Absolute garbage. Im using my old washer while this sits next to it. Don't waste your money. Buy the cheaper non-smart version!

I washed two queen sets of sheets + duvet COVER and everything was tangled in a big ball after 20min - absolutely soaked - and the off centered weight was making the machine bounce about 10-12 inches from its original location in the basement. NUTS. Im getting this exchanged for an impeller - hoping to avoid tangled balls of wet laundry in the future. BestBuy customer support was super helpful.

I’ve really only used my washer a few times & it started to always show unbalanced . I called Best Buy about the situation & they would not help me & said that I had to go through the manufacture for the 1st year. Between the tv situation & my new washer not working correctly this makes me not want to buy anything from Best Buy ever again.
