It has been used every day since without issues. Does a much better job cleaning than our LG washer which lasted 18 months before requiring replacement parts that were over $700 without the labor cost to install the parts, Only hiccup with this purchase was an install issue which was promptly handled to our satisfaction, Great product. Great service,

While it is fine at cleaning clothes it does have a design flaw in the lid. The lid is glass and plastic. Over a couple year the plastic around the hinges cracked and broke. We replaced the lid and it has happened yet again. Do yourself a favor and do not buy this washer.
