Been running this machine for two months now and it’s been great, no complaints, everything it promised to be!!

Needed a larger drum machine. This was is very good. Handles the largest loads I have added.

We are very pleased with this washer. It does an excellent job with low water and detergent use.

We initially accidentally ordered the washer with the agitator. Best Buy corrected it immediately at no cost to us, and had this washer out to us the next day! The washer is amazing. It's quiet, has good storage capacity, and has plenty of functions to handle whatever load of laundry you put in it.

Great machine for the money. We own rental properties and this is our machine of choice.

I replaced my Maytags That lasted over 30 years with these new Maytags. This new technology is very impressive.

Twice in the 2nd year it broke down, and the 3rd time right after 3 years. Twice it has been the computer/mother board. It just won’t turn on anymore. And of course it’s not covered by Maytag’s 10 year warranty nor does Best Buy tell you your warranty you bought with them is expired. I tried to to have Best Buy rectify this and they never called me back. It’s been since May that I left a message.

I love this washer. The automatic fill leavel gets just right amount of water. My clothes come out clean

I love this washer. It is easy to use, quiet and large capacity. It does a great job washing clothes.

Despite the size of this dryer if you try to dry two bath towels with a normal load it won’t dry completely and it takes forever to dry.

Had the washer 3 weeks and love the washer. Washes well and reduces the amount of loads I have to do!!!

Had error codes about 6Mo in and couldn't find code meanings or what to do. So unplugged all night and plugged back in and nothing. Went to work, when I got home it was back on. 6Mo later to now, just off!!! No error codes nothing. Tried same thing as last time and still nothing. Won't come on. Worked off and on for a year. Already need a new one. SAD!!!!!

Absolutely love this washer! I love the notification it gives you when it's done and all the setting options!

This the worst washer I have ever owned. My first hint should have been when it did not work correctly on the first day. I thought the 15 trial period that Best Buy offered was great but who knew that by the time it was repaired my 15 days would be about gone. Once it was fixed it did a better job of filling but still not always quite enough to circulate the cloths properly, it does add extra water in multiple times in an attempt to get the correct water level, but each time it does it tends to add time on to the cycle so the time displayed in the beginning is just and estimate. It also tends to ball our shirts up so tight that they look worse than it we would have slept in them but a lot of the wrinkles do come out if you shake out each shirt before putting it in the dryer. Due to its tendency to ball and twist I have had some items stretched and others outright ruined in this machine, Wish I would have bought another front loader
