Well I’m sitting doing nothing in the house he went to open the lid and the lid hinge shattered and now I can’t seem to find parts now that I bought it one year ago and didn’t buy the extended because he isn’t rough. It’s made from junk products and brakes easy wouldn’t tecomend and to find the help is harder then the plastic!

The third time was right after it was replaced with a brand new panel. We decided to trade it in for different one but unfortunately that means we lost the remaining 2 years of our protection plan we paid for. When it worked it was ok, there were times that some of the clothes didn’t even get wet.

I have to use a grabber to get anything at the very bottom. Socks, underwear, washclothes, t-shirts, all are out of reach. It does NOT get cat hair off the clothing, even in deep water setting. It also leaves white splotches on our clothes, and we only use liquid soap for HP washers.
