The machine can't handle the water weight and goes into emergency shut down mode. We are having manage the loads all the time. It wastes so much water and energy trying to compensate for its balancing issues because it keeps adding water to help balance the machine but it only makes the problem worse. We've had to get the machine rebalanced and it still doesn't work properly. A total waste of money. We'll probably have to throw it away and buy another machine.

I had to wash a sheet 5x before the crust from spilled food came off. The washer just dampens the clothes then has everything "fold" onto each other, simulating a washing machine agitator. We live in the country and have a lot of mud and dirt. I'm returning this for one with an agitator.
