As others have stated, water does not fill adequately leaving clothes damp/partly dry as cycle starts causing machine to become unbalanced and shut down - see error signal. You then have to remove clothes soaked in more detergent and bleach, than water, and try again. It's an exercise in constant frustration despite only being 2 months old (we bought it in Dec 2020) and now having to pay Maytag $129 to have service technician come out, despite it being under warranty. Avoid Maytag top load washer at all costs!

The washer has been good to us. Not to loud clothes comes out nice everything we needed from a washer and at a good price!

It took sometime to adjust to a top loader washer especially after having a front loader washer. We can wash bigger loads of clothing, and wash blankets, comforters and sheets. We do less loads of wash and save money.

I love my new washer. Great size for family of 4+ The only issue is, I'm short and I have hard time reach in all the way to the bottom to grab the clothes after washed. Next time might have to think again getting the top load washer.

Really is a great washer that handles large loads. Very clean looking and easy to use, just what the doctor ordered.

Haven't had the washer too long, but only gave it 4 stars because the first washer delivered had to be replaced. Would fill with water but would not start the wash cycle. So far, happy with the new one, how clean the clothes come out and how large it is.

I was hesitant after buying this, on account of the large number of negative reviews. So far, it has performed beautifully and is using a lot less water than my prior 10-year old machine that, ironically, stopped pumping outflow. Without a center agitator, is takes some acclimation but has handled everything thrown in it so far. Got a great price from Best Buy that will go a long way overcoming any picayune deficiencies that may appear. Thanks!

I bought this large capacity washer to wash clothes to bed blankets. It's got a whole lot of options that I won't be utilizing. The brain 'senses' how much water is needed but peaking through the dark lid I'm skeptical it's enough water. Without a center agitator, the clothes barely moves inside the tub, kind of wiggles around; you have to believe that the detergent is doing its job. At least a front loader tosses the clothes upside down at all times. Also, the job seems to take longer than a regular washer though; probably around 50-60 minutes for a typical size wash.

This washer is great! Huge drum so we're able to fit our king sized comforter in it. Very quiet as well.

My wife wanted a new set even though I did not see the point. I will never admit it to her but this was a great purchase. We have 4 kids between the ages 14 and 6 months old so there are ALOT of clothes that come through. Between soccer muddy clothes or baby spit up this take the stains out unlike or last machine. But again I will never admit it to her. I happy about this purchase.

This washer is big and very quiet. We love it! sold our LG washer to get this awsome machine.
