Its a spacious washer. Sometimes the water level is low while washing.

It has a very large tub with no agitator to make it easier to wash large items.

Don't know if it's normal when the spinning cycle shook a lot.

Washer was easy to operate. I can now wash bulky items instead of going to a laundromat for comforters and blankets.

This washer is very good. It connects to your wifi and your smartphone to keep you updated regarding the current status of your load and notifies you when it is complete. It is deep and wide, so you wash blankets and comforters with ease. And the ability to look in the washer to see the load spinning or doing whatever is a nice touch. I recommend this washer highly!

cleans well so far although I had to return the first one because it was broken out the gate. A lot of condensation accumulates on the control panel when using warm setting, I don't think this is supposed to happen. Very loud washer!

Got asked to review this but can't. 2 days before this was supposed to be delivered I got told it was out of stock and would have to wait a whole month to get it delivered. Ordered it March 10 and had to wait a month for it to be delivered around April 9. So after telling me it was out of stock in April I had to wait another month for it to be delivered on may 10. So at this moment I am still waiting

So far so good. Works well: easy to use and nice features.

Quiet, easy to use, tells my phone when a load is finished! Only challenge is reaching the bottom of the bottom!

Nice machine. My only complaint is when washing bulky items, especially bedding and quilts....machine repeatedly stops spinning because machine indicates clothes/bedding is out of balance. We have to constantly adjust/re-arrange items and sometimes have to remove one or two items and spin one item at a time.

A little different than my previous Maytag. Some of the washing options are now there and one that is no longer there.

Stopped working , had problems with it about exactly 1 year after purchase. Nothing but problems. Stopped working mid cycle many problems with electric panel. Bought extended warranty , 1 yr commitment. Warranty’s service man would not fix it bc I took a few screws of back panel. Electric panel is broken and the new new panel is on back order with no date listed. 90+days Now I’m stuck in a warranty for a year I can’t cancel without 180$ fee. So I cannot get it fixed. I cannot cancel my warranty. They told me nobody can come to fix it because the panel has been removed and it is listed in my profile as being tampered with. I am still paying off this washer furthermore, the electric panel they need to replace is on backorder indefinitely. I need Best Buy to compensate us for this. Five people in the family, haven’t got to go to the laundromat is virtually impossible.
