The guys did a great job installing the washer and dryer! The first time I ran the dryer, there was an error displayed about the vent. I moved the dryer away from the wall, and the error went away. I'm waiting for my son to come from Houston to fix the vent. Right now the dryer is about 10 inches from the wall to work. The vent was too twisted to run correctly when pushed up even with the washer. I'm not sure if I need a new outdoor vent or if we can get the vent straightened out to work correctly with the dryer pushed back against the wall.

Works ok. Rather had the one with a agitator but it does the job.

I love this washing machine. The inside is huge. Spin cycle is fantastic; my laundry takes less time in the dryer. Definitely recommend!

No center agitation pole in this top loader was new for us but it really does a fantastic job and the extra space given back is wonderful. Loads of settings and features makes this machine a win for us.

This washing machine has such a large capacity it has turn my three evening of doing laundry after homework and before dinner for a house hold of 5 into a two evening event. Highly recommend the dryer with the steam option too. They pair well together.

For the most part this machine works very well, but when you wash bulky items the machine stops and gives an error message that it needs service. I even replaced the machine after having for less than a week and the second machine does the same thing. I went through the instructions on how to wash bulky items and followed the instructions but it still happens I am super frustrated as I bought this size to wash bulky blankets and sheets.

Super quiet large capacity deep washer. My only minor issue is that I’m 5’2” & couldn’t reach the bottom to remove a piece of lint after washing towels. Solution: a one-step stool. Just had it installed 3 days ago & so far…no problems with the washer. Love it!

We replaced our dead front load Samsung with first the smaller 4.7 Maytag however it was noisy and missing several needed features. We exchanged it with this unit and very happy with it. The end of cycle notification which I can receive on my phone or watch because it’s Wi-Fi enabled is great! This unit is much quieter than the 4.7 model.

I like the washer. I’m still learning how to use it. So far, it’s okay. It’s not the washer I picked out to buy in the store, but it works. The delivery crew were courteous and professional. If I have one complaint, it would be to have the washer I picked out at the store.

Honestly the best washer yet. Removes dirt better and odors with without any issues while easily monitoring on the app.

This washing machine may handle a big load of clothes, bulky items but its spinning power is outrageous, shakes the machine even though its balanced in the ground and is leveled not only this but it will go off balance and has to be manually rearranged the clothes in drum.

I like the washer but preferred my Bravo Maytag that I replaced with this one. I am disappointed that they have removed the oxi stain remover detergent dispenser and dial button feature for it. Also I would prefer more spin options then only the two choices for spin, fast or no spin. It does not spin out the water as well so it takes more time to dry the clothes or you have to use the drain and spin feature after washing a load.

This is a really cool washer. It does an excellent job of washing & spinning most of the water out of the laundry, which was a problem with my old one. It took us a few washes to figure out all of the different settings but we are very happy with it so far.
