Don't know if it's normal when the spinning cycle shook a lot.

It’s so quiet and so big inside better then I though

After several front loader washing machine I decided to try top loader and this machine really works great and look great.

Good large washer. Holds large comforters. Does a great job with multiple features.

this washer is easy to use and so quiet. We love it.

I've had this washer for a little over a month and we love it! King size comforter, sleeping bags no problem. My only issue and it's not the washers fault......I cannot reach the bottom. I'm only 5.1 and sometimes need help getting the items on the bottom. So if you're short like I am you might need a step stool.

I am very pleased with my Maytag washer. It runs superbly , it is quiet, and I find all the selections helpful, The Geek Squad service men were awesome and took the time to ensure I understood all of the functions of the machine. I was so impressed by this machine, I immediately ordered the matching dryer!!

I’m loving the capacity of this washer even though I’m on the short side and sometimes need a stool to get stray socks on the bottom.

I was skeptical about buying a washer with no agitator but I am so glad I listened the sales guy. I love this washer !!

So far so good. Love how deep and big washer is. I had a front loader before and it was bulkier

Excellent machine This machine is efficient on water yet very thoroughly cleans the heaviest of clothing, it handles blankets and quilts with no trouble at all!

We love our new washing machine. The clothes are noticeably cleaner than with our old washer. The efficiency is great also. We are using much less water and electricity with better results.

Very happy with purchase. It can get a little off balance from time to time but once you learn how to load it evenly, there are no issues. I love the fact that it chimes when the washing is complete.

Its unfortunate that the machines stops when spinning because it detects an unbalanced load. I've tried big and small loads, a couple of sheets and it continues to stop. I have had the glides adjusted many times to balance it because it shakes very loud. I can't leave the house because it stops mid cycle. I'm on hold with customer service with no answer after 15 minutes so far.

I'm disappointed has not worked right since installed on July 4th. There is a problem with the computer inside, with water staying hot on rinse cycle. Then was on hold for over 50 minutes to get someone to help me. After which I found out will have to wait till end of September to get a replacement. Not happy with the way things have gone to this point, but I'm sure you will expect me to start paying on it before replacement comes.

So far about 6 weeks of owning this pair. It's doing everything it is supposed to do. It is a tad loud, but so was my last set. This is a huge machine, the one thing I do not like and did not like with my old one is you have to "tell it" you are using fabric softner. One would think you don't have to do this on such a sophisticated pair. I washed my sheets this morning, forgot to "click" fabric softner and of course it did not use what I put in. Otherwise, I love my new machine. The chimes are loud too which I like- you can lower the volume, I like them louder so I can hear from the family room. I washed my King size comforter with ease!! Also our bed is a posturpedic and has a "heavy lined" bed cover over the mattress this machine washed it with ease and came out white as new!!!

So far it works great. Clothes come out smelling great and no issues with them. There are so many different brands to choose from. I researched and spoke to a friend whose been selling appliances for years and this model was his recommendation.
