I just got it and only have run three loads and it works great so far. Time will tell. I had a GE with a mini-basket that lasted 38 years so my expectations are extremely high.

The only downside to the washer is that it's very deep so getting clothes out is a bit tough for shorter people.

Took delivery yesterday, looking into the return policy now. 5 loads, not a single one has completed a spin cycle due to unbalanced loads. Then you have to sit and baby sit it while it tries to restart after moving around all the wet cloths. Last night it took 5 attempts just to get it to complete. It's terrible. Never had this issue with my old Bravos and not doing anything different. Then the digital touch screen - just give me buttons. What a hassle.
