This washer still isn't as settable as we wanted but still does a great job washing, and settings are not bad.

So far about 6 weeks of owning this pair. It's doing everything it is supposed to do. It is a tad loud, but so was my last set. This is a huge machine, the one thing I do not like and did not like with my old one is you have to "tell it" you are using fabric softner. One would think you don't have to do this on such a sophisticated pair. I washed my sheets this morning, forgot to "click" fabric softner and of course it did not use what I put in. Otherwise, I love my new machine. The chimes are loud too which I like- you can lower the volume, I like them louder so I can hear from the family room. I washed my King size comforter with ease!! Also our bed is a posturpedic and has a "heavy lined" bed cover over the mattress this machine washed it with ease and came out white as new!!!

I loved my washer, so spacious and I also love the water faucet it has.

I love my new washer. It’s like a dream come true. I can do small, medium and large loads and it even knows the amount of water to use. Can’t get any better than that!

I love basically all my clothing is being washed no matter load size.

We've had this installed for about a month now and it's done a great job washing clothes at the rate or 1-2 loads per day. The only downside to the washer is that it's very deep so getting clothes out is a bit tough for shorter people.

Can go wrong with Maytag. Large and quite but what I like the most is you can set it to add more water. This replaced a GE energy efficient washing machine where I couldn’t not adjust water levels. I always felt like it didn’t use enough water.

I love the fact it washes blankets and a lot of clothes but I HATE the fact it makes you clean the washer and doesn't give you any warning. so after you loaded your clothes and put in you soap it tells you to empty the washer and clean it super super super inconvenient

This washer started leaking water out of the bottom in less than 2 weeks. BestBuy scheduled a product exchange for free, but they used the wrong shipping address even though my correct address was set to my account's Shipping Address and is the same address they shipped the original wash to. Resolving this was a nightmare. I was passed around their support teams to 10 different people and left on hold repeatedly only to be told they couldn't do anything to help me for another 24 hours. I'll have been without a working washing machine for over a week because of this mistake. I just hope that the new unit works correctly when it eventually arrives.

The washer has a noice when sensing sometimes. It cant handle very many towels at a time or it goes out of balance. It takes too long for a wash cycle.

We bought our new washer as a set with our dryer! Love how big it is and how it completely wrings out the clothes! Makes it quicker to dry!

The washing machine works very well. I has a lot of room for washing larger items. To this point I am very happy with this product.

Excellent washer. It wrings out the clothes so it’s almost dry. Very deep so it fits a lot of wash.
