Very busy in the store that day but sales associate did a awesome job taking care of a number of customers and made everyone feel that he was committed to them.

Great washer with a lot of options for a good price. This is a big washer which allows you to wash bulk items, and uses less water and energy than a front load washer. Replaced my 21 year Maytag with this one. Hopefully, this one lasts 21 years too!

I love the fact it washes blankets and a lot of clothes but I HATE the fact it makes you clean the washer and doesn't give you any warning. so after you loaded your clothes and put in you soap it tells you to empty the washer and clean it super super super inconvenient

Washes well, it's pretty quiet. It was as easy to install as any other washer. I haven't connected it to the wifi, because that service is an additional cost. Even though it isn't all that expensive, my wife decided she didn't want it. Haven't used the extra power button either.

My Samsung front-loader burned up after 13 years. I didn't like having to keep the door open and the seal clean to avoid unpleasant smells, so I went back to a top-loader, only with an impeller, this time. The weird thing with the impeller is it twists the clothes all up together (jeans, sheets, etc.), but it does seem to clean well enough. I haven't had any issues with it not dispensing enough water, like some have stated. It's nice to be able to choose a water level, in any case. I wish the dispenser tray was sturdier than the flimsy plastic they used. Otherwise, tons of features that I haven't even tried yet, but so far, so good. Yay for good old USA-made products! I hope it lasts!

Great washer. Super spacious. Can never go wrong with a Maytag.

I purchased this washing machine as a exchange for one that I bought previously that I hated. This machine is good and runs great and the deep tub makes it great for my comforter.

The washer has a noice when sensing sometimes. It cant handle very many towels at a time or it goes out of balance. It takes too long for a wash cycle.

We bought our new washer as a set with our dryer! Love how big it is and how it completely wrings out the clothes! Makes it quicker to dry!

So far it its been working well only had it about a month now love maytag whrilpool brand the last one i bought from best buy last for about 5 years ago good thing i got the insurance on it

This washing machine is so big! My only complaint is that it is hard to reach inside the washer sometimes. I'm 5'3" so that explains it. I feel like my clothes are really clean!

Very pleased with our new Maytag washing machine … first one that was delivered was scratched during shipment so got another one about week later ; the delivery people were very careful as well as good with the installation

The washing machine works very well. I has a lot of room for washing larger items. To this point I am very happy with this product.

Easy to use, my clothes haven't been this clean in a while. Whites are white and colors smell bright and clean. Love the fact that it has different water levels.

I love the machine. Not exactly happy when u do blankets it never stays level. You almost always need to readjust them. Other than that it washes clothes great and they are about dry when finished.

Beautiful machine, large capacity, smooth operation. Looking forward to getting a dryer to match it but I’m still milking the old one until that day comes. Delivery was excellent also. Thank you BB
