The best machine I could ask for! The whites are crisp and bright. The colors do not fade. We have a new litter of pups and put this machine to use every day with no issues.

I purchased in May 2022. This machine washed okay. Sometimes would not wet all the clothes well so I assume also did not wash well all the time. I did not purchase a warranty as this was advertised as having a good warranty. It covers everything BUT the motor/labor. The motor replacement with labor was going to cost about $600+. Almost the cost of a new machine. My last scratch and dent lasted me at least 10 years before this one. What a disappointment. The tech stated that there is 1 bolt at the bottom holding it onto the machine that also has sensors. I guess the bolt loosened over time from his suggestion of washing "BIG" loads of clothes...well that's why I bought the machine.....He put the bolt in and tightened everything and we tried to start the machine again and it would not "sense" the clothes to run a cycle. It keeps thinking the machine is "empty." So now I have to find a new machine all over again....buy something else!

I don’t understand how a longer running cycle saves energy?? Too many electric parts to break. I am 5’8 and have to hang over side to reach the clothes to remove them.

love the washer. no issues thus far. Hopefully it will give me years of use and not require repairs.

My only issue with this washer is I wanted a drum light. Best Buy advertises this has a drum light. The installer said yes. No drum light. Otherwise all features it has that I wanted. Delay wash was a must for us & deep fill. Wash works as it should.

Delivery was fast setup was fast and setup wass easy and it is a great Buy!

We are happy with the purchase, however the depth of the washer is a problem for my wife who is petite and has to get a step stool to unload it at times.

I love my new Maytag washer! It gives me comfort to be able to see my clothes being washed properly thru the glass top. Slick looking and very good washing!

Have really enjoyed the washer so far. I needed a high capacity washer fast and Best Buy came through. I must admit Best Buy wasn’t my first stop, I went to another big box store and they had nothing in stock and delivery was going to be slow. Best Buy had a better product and faster delivery, and it was on sale so price was great as well!

Looks good, but haven't used it yet. Expecting good quality . The technicians did an excellent job installing the unit nd explaining to us how it functioned. My appreciation goes out to Garrett and Adam for the installation.

easy to use, clear controls, like the control from phone

Best washer I’ve ever had. The tub is deep and can hold a king size comforter and still have room for more clothes. Water level is just right. Clothes are not soaking when wash cycle is finished.

very easy to use, we would recommend this product. Maytag was the only one we saw with a 10-year warrentee on some of the parts.

I've had my washer now for almost a mo.. It was delivered on time an was explained perfectly. I really like the fact I can wash my queen size bedding all in one load!

This washer works great, although it is a tiny bit louder than my previous washer. Love the ability to add extra water into the wash and add an extra rinse cycle.
