Bestbuy screwed me over with totaltech, bought a second one to keep matching the dryer and we are two months in and it’s already making noises. Keep in mind I didn’t use it for a month because I went out of town.

Remote Enabled not so much

One issue we have is however working it remotely. It seems to error when clothes are already in it and we start it remotely.. but when we are home doing wash it’s runs excellent, nice quiet and clothes come out great!

I expected the machine to stick out in the hallway but it didn't. *Note* Place items along the outer wall for it to not chirp / shake / complain about leveling during spin cycle. My previous machine was opposite (place everything in the center). It's not a huge deal but it will save on washing time. The soak feature is amazing (faucet in the machine is game changer). I use less detergent now also.
