I love this washer. I have had front loaders for the past 10 years. Switched to the top loader. Other than I’m to short to reach fully in buts that on me it’s amazing.

Great, easy to use washer with tons of features. Only wish that the volume on the finish cycle was a little louder. Our Whirlpool one we had before was much loader.

Great purchase and great washer, my wife and I love the new washer. Especially how quiet and the bluetooth settings. I would definently recommend this washer.

2 years after being installed the transmission went out. Cost to repair was the equivalent of a new washer. New washer was installed not even 2 months ago and back to having issues. Not spinning, motor control issues, etc. Even though the drum is large you cannot fill it to the 2/3 standard. Maybe 1/3 of the way otherwise you will have issues

Good washer so far. I like the app that comes with it. However, it is not the quietest washer.

This thing handles a big load. Definitely read the wash manual on water level. Way different from our 20 year old Maytag washer.

Great load capacity but the longevity is ridiculous. 1st one busted not long after a year. Bestbuy screwed me over with totaltech, bought a second one to keep matching the dryer and we are two months in and it’s already making noises. Keep in mind I didn’t use it for a month because I went out of town.

This is a great machine! Does a beautiful job cleaning! The added feature where you can add the amount of cold tap water to soak for extended periods is something other machines dont have. 5 Star!

Very good washer. It’s kind of deep. I have trouble reaching deep down into the basin to grab the wet clothes., but other than that, it’s a very good washer.

Purchased this washer in June of 2022. Went from a front loader to this top loader and have been sorry ever since. There is a bit of a learning curve going from the front loader to a top loader so we gave ourselves time to figure it out. It's been two years and we have been disappointed with it from day one. Without an agitator, it does not get clothes clean. If we have heavy stains, we still have to take our laundry to my in-laws who have a front loader. Washing larger items like towels and bedding, it frequently gets out of balance. I would not recommend this machine.

No instructions on how to connect my iPhone to the app system on the dryer. It took me over an hour and three or four times to get it to work properly. I was told the installers would do the service, but they said they don’t do anything like that.

Large capacity. several cycles and I love the water spout feature since there is no sink in the laundry.

This is our third maytag washing machine. It is so quiet and cleanes very good. I have 3 baseball players and it keeps up with all of our cleaning needs.

Laundry smells wonderful and the drum is large capacity. Easy to load and keep clean.

I would give it a 3/5 just due to it not being able to handle larger loads. With large loads it throws the basket off balance and then sends error code. Also, I have noticed that even though it is a larger washer, you cannot get the larger loads clean! I do like the multiple cycles and also the “cleaning” cycle. But another down fall that I believe they did not think of when making is, when the water is Hot, the steam goes through the crack by the control buttons and I can see this being an issue later down the road.

Very happy with the capacity and love the glass lid that allows viewing. Haven't used all the different options, but those used so far have been good!

Loved this washer. One of the best purchases I have made in a long time.

I like the machine but it always gets out of balance. I am forced to always watch the machine when I am doing laundry.

This washer is amazing! Plenty of cycle options and has a very large capacity. Washes king size comforters and heavy quilts with ease.
