Product has a flimsy lid very sensitive if not sitting just right will not work at all manufacturer would not come out to repair thank Best Buy for coming out

We were in a dire situation. We shopped all over looking for the best option for our Maytag dryer, discussed other brand options, colors, sizes, pricing, etc. We worked with David at the BestBuy over on Academy and he helped us clear all of those details up and had the washer there the following Saturday, which happened to be 4th of July. love all the different settings. cleans clothes well. senses when a load is off balance and corrects it by adding a little water and agitates to rebalance.

Love this washer (and the dryer is great too). It's huge and I can fit so much in there without over stuffing.

This Maytag is a huge improvement over our previous washer, the controls are intuitive and easy to use. My clothes are cleaned in an efficient manner and the fill button is very nice. I've had no issues at all. The delivery guys made sure it was balanced which may be the reason the machine has yet to get out of balance when spinning, and I've washed bedclothes for a king size, rugs, and towels all with the same smooth result. I really like seeing the job it's doing through the see thru lid!

So far so good. Big tub, but needs large items rearranged often, which is a hassle but all in all great washer.

I love Maytag. The clothes came out super clean. Have wifi connect easy to use and check the cycle when it completed.

It’s the nosiest washer I’ve ever owned. It washes well with no balancing issues so far but it sounds like it’s coming apart when you load it halfway.

I really like the washer and I am glad I purchased so far. The only issue is that I am 5 feet 3 inches and have to use a stool to reach bottom and also kind of loud when spinning.

Delivery service and install very well done! No complaints. Actually read the instructions on this machine because the features were such an improvement over our old machine and it took a few loads to make sure we used them. Love the efficiency of this machine, even with the short time we have used it. With the electronics on this machine [and the dryer we purchased as a pair] we covered our future maintenance with additional repair insurance beyond the manufacturer's warranty coverage.

Great washer for family. We got as on open box deal, only issue was the tab to close the lid was not in place but was quick fix
