This is our third maytag washing machine. It is so quiet and cleanes very good. I have 3 baseball players and it keeps up with all of our cleaning needs.

Very happy with the capacity and love the glass lid that allows viewing. Haven't used all the different options, but those used so far have been good!

2 years after being installed the transmission went out. Cost to repair was the equivalent of a new washer. New washer was installed not even 2 months ago and back to having issues. Not spinning, motor control issues, etc. Even though the drum is large you cannot fill it to the 2/3 standard. Maybe 1/3 of the way otherwise you will have issues

No instructions on how to connect my iPhone to the app system on the dryer. It took me over an hour and three or four times to get it to work properly. I was told the installers would do the service, but they said they don’t do anything like that.

I love my washing mahine it's everything I expected and more I definitely recommend it.

I like washer scrubbing motion of clothes. I like the deep fill water feature which add more water I only had it two weeks

This washer is amazing! Plenty of cycle options and has a very large capacity. Washes king size comforters and heavy quilts with ease.

Large capacity. several cycles and I love the water spout feature since there is no sink in the laundry.

Huge washer. Tons of room for clothes and it actually cleans pretty well. I was nervous about getting an impeller, but I love this washer!

We were in a dire situation. We shopped all over looking for the best option for our Maytag dryer, discussed other brand options, colors, sizes, pricing, etc. We worked with David at the BestBuy over on Academy and he helped us clear all of those details up and had the washer there the following Saturday, which happened to be 4th of July. Please pass on our gratitude to David. Great job.

I would give it a 3/5 just due to it not being able to handle larger loads. With large loads it throws the basket off balance and then sends error code. Also, I have noticed that even though it is a larger washer, you cannot get the larger loads clean! I do like the multiple cycles and also the “cleaning” cycle. But another down fall that I believe they did not think of when making is, when the water is Hot, the steam goes through the crack by the control buttons and I can see this being an issue later down the road.

The washer works great! It's the first new washer I have bought. It's really large too. I can wash my comforters with ease.

Very good washer. It’s kind of deep. I have trouble reaching deep down into the basin to grab the wet clothes., but other than that, it’s a very good washer.

Gets the job done for an affordable price and is suppose to save you money so will see but so far happy with my purchase

This Maytag is a huge improvement over our previous washer, the controls are intuitive and easy to use. My clothes are cleaned in an efficient manner and the fill button is very nice. I've had no issues at all. The delivery guys made sure it was balanced which may be the reason the machine has yet to get out of balance when spinning, and I've washed bedclothes for a king size, rugs, and towels all with the same smooth result. I really like seeing the job it's doing through the see thru lid!

Great washer! Wash cycles are customizable from how much water to soil levels. The app is great...you can assign tasks to family members and start and stop wash cycles remotely. I love it!
