Really nice appliance. Works great. Lots of options and it does clean very well. I like the max fill option to fill up the whole tub to clean large loads.

So far everything works well. No complaints. Like the wifi that gives you a notification when the cycle is done. Like the faucet. I’ve only had it one month.

So easy to operate and clothes smells freshly cleaned with no powdery like substance on clothing fabrics.

We replaced an LG that was less only around 4-5 years old but it had a history of erroring out at UE (uneven load) when the washer was perfectly level. My wife hated that washer. Prior to buying the LG we always had Maytag or Whirlpool and I decided to go back to Maytag. This washer is great and very nice to have wifi technology to tell us when the wash is complete.

DO NOT BIY. This washer is junk. Don’t waste your money. If you are buying because you think maytag is depenable, think again. My 4yo Maytag washer broke in January 2024. It was not repairable so i had to get a new washing machine. I purchased this washer and 7 months later it is not working. I have to deal with Maytag directly because it is less than 1 yo. Well that is a joke. I am paying for a washing machine i can’t use because it is broken and they can’t send service to look at it for 2 weeks. So if you want a headache, here is your perfect washer.

The washer is great, smooth and can handle a big load.

The washer leaked all in my house due to bad install from Best buy installer. I tried for 4 hours to reach someone and they kept hanging up on my saying call Maytag. The washer is 45 days old. Best buy doesn't service Maytag even though i paid for best buy ext warranty. Obviously that was a waste of money. The ability to reach support is horrible. I am returning and purchasing from another business.

Got this washer when our old washer died. This is a large capacity and you can wash large King size blankets and King size comforters.

Sleek look and able to handle large loads of laundry. We wash multiple blankets at a time without issue.

Absolute garbage. The lid shattered less than a year after purchase. It’s been 3 weeks and it’s still not fixed! Every time I call I have to wait at least 15 min to talk to someone. Today I was on wait for 45 min! And the parts are still not in! Worst company I have ever dealt with. And poorly made appliance.

I bought this washer two weeks ago and so far have had no complains, easy to use and lots of space.

Great washer, be prepared for a very long reach to get clothes out of the bottom of the drum. Holds comforter off our Cal King bed.

Great washer , love the size and the options it had are phenomenal

We have had front loading washers for the last 20+ years. So many problems & repairs. This top loading washer has everything we wanted & the system should not give us the balance problems the front loaders did. The only problem we have had is the washer requires a "clean" cycle every 30 washes & there is no way to cancel that when you have already loaded the washer & no warning that the next wash will require a clean cycle.

Literally the pavers purchase I have ever made! Our old washer and dryer were crap!!
