It’s been 3 weeks and it’s still not fixed! Every time I call I have to wait at least 15 min to talk to someone. Today I was on wait for 45 min! And the parts are still not in! Worst company I have ever dealt with. And poorly made appliance.

The added feature where you can add the amount of cold tap water to soak for extended periods is something other machines dont have. 5 Star!

So many problems & repairs. This top loading washer has everything we wanted & the system should not give us the balance problems the front loaders did. The only problem we have had is the washer requires a "clean" cycle every 30 washes & there is no way to cancel that when you have already loaded the washer & no warning that the next wash will require a clean cycle.
