Wanted a washer that could easily clean my down comforter and this one works great. Just note: my old washer only took about 40 min per load, this one takes an average of 1 hr.

It took a long time to get it due to the current shipping delays that plague our nation at this time. It was well worth the wait. This heavy duty washing machine is just what we needed. Our loads very, from large to small and in between. It is especially equipt to handle all kinds of heavy bedding bedding. No more going to the washateria for those items

Worst purchase we’ve ever made.

It’s been broken for almost two months now and they only give us the run around. They say they can’t find the parts and refuse to give us a replacement. We just asked to speak to a supervisor and we were told that they don’t have supervisors in that department and we would have to submit a supervisor request form. Sounds like a joke, but it’s not. The rep just hung up on my wife when she said “We just want to know when we can get our brand new washer fixed.”
