I had been using an older washer and dryer for years that were on their last legs. This thing has saved me so many headaches already. The simplicity of the settings is amazing. The ability to get notifications on my phone when a load is done has saved me from re-washing items I forgot in the washer overnight. Plus I get the reliability of a Maytag. Highly recommend. It was expensive but I’ve been so impressed!

Doesn't fill and wash all items...

My detergent doesn't dissolve (use the earth squares). Forget it if you have a stain..you have to wash 3 times and then alone to get stains out. So this water saving takes 4 washes. Stinks! Water doesn't even cover the items in the machine. I had a pillowcase not even get wet ...was totally dry after wash completed. Sensors do not work! Give me back the old machines that fill and I have control not sensor control. Maytag should be ashamed of the product. Washer doesn't work...would do anything to send it back.

I had a front load washer before and I didn't like it because I couldn't let things soak and I can now do that with my new Maytag. I also love the that I can remote start my washer from anywhere. After letting something soak I can remote start it and then it is done when I get home.
