When it died, I bought another Maytag. I am not very happy with its performance. Sheets get bunched up and stop the cycle frequently. The response time for "pausing" and getting the machine to unlock is a crazy long time. It does a good job of cleaning the clothes, but the frustrations of the overall operation makes that a small benefit.

We usually buy Maytag for our washer and dryer’s and have found them to be reliable. This one is simple to run and has a lot of nice added features too. Normally we have bought our appliances at another store but Best Buy had a better price. They also gave us great service and would definitely buy from them again.
