Doesn't fill and wash all items...

My detergent doesn't dissolve (use the earth squares). Forget it if you have a stain..you have to wash 3 times and then alone to get stains out. So this water saving takes 4 washes. Stinks! Water doesn't even cover the items in the machine. I had a pillowcase not even get wet ...was totally dry after wash completed. Sensors do not work! Give me back the old machines that fill and I have control not sensor control. Maytag should be ashamed of the product. Washer doesn't work...would do anything to send it back.

Like others have mentioned it is deep and I'm on the shorter side but it hasn't been a problem.

From issues as simple as the fabric softener not dispensing to consistently encountering an uneven load no matter the number or weight of items in the washer. Additionally, it emits a clicking noise that I can hear from anywhere in the house. I acquired this washer in May of 2022, and I've already had to call for servicing three times. Despite its large capacity, it feels like I'm able to wash even fewer items effectively.

I tried for 4 hours to reach someone and they kept hanging up on my saying call Maytag. The washer is 45 days old. Best buy doesn't service Maytag even though i paid for best buy ext warranty. Obviously that was a waste of money. The ability to reach support is horrible. I am returning and purchasing from another business.

As soon as we used it, I noticed it was very loud during the wash cycle and sounded like there were ball bearings rolling around. I had no idea if this was normal as I never had a washer sound like that. When the repair man came out to fix the dryer in April 2024 we had him take a look. He stated it was not normal and required repair. He "repaired" in on 4/29. I'm not sure what he did as it doesn't sound any different. I thought Maytag was a reliable brand. I thought wrong.
