Very good appliance. Cuts down on wash time. Easy to use and understand.

Now I know why the Maytag repairman is so bored. They don’t fix anything or stand behind their product. Bought washer in May of 2021. Officially replaced it today. Multiple issues with the electronic controls. Had to have controls replaced a few months ago. Was constantly fighting out of balance issues last night went to do a pod of laundry. I got the power button and was greeted with a loud pop and a electrical flash from under the washer. At the point the washer was dead. As a total tech member. I called Best Buy. They advised me to call Maytag. Maytag said it’s no longer covered under warranty. Said we could pay to have a service man come out to diagnose the issue at our cost. I’d the defective part was covered under the limited warranty, they provide the part but we would be on the hook for the cost of the repair. Seeing as this thing was junk from the start. I couldn’t justify paying for a repair, when it was most likely only going to have more issues in the near future. I will never again buy Maytag or Whirlpool. We will also never buy another big ticket item from Best Buy ever again. Best Buy, you’ll be able to see the thousands of dollars we’ve spent at your stores over the years. I’ll be looking for alternatives going forward

We got a new washer and dryer set due to our old ones being outdated. We love them. No issues so far and they are so easy to use!

We have gone through many washers. So far this one has not been a problem. Hopefully we get many years out of it. We will see.

The washer is great. We can wash things we weren’t able to fit in our other washer because of the location of the agitator . A lot different than are older model had to read about the settings.

Love the top loader. Maytag is and has always been my choice for washers and dryers. Bought the first generation front-loader many, many years ago.
