I like that the lid delays a bit before locking when it starts up. Very happy after 2 weeks!

It constantly gets “unbalanced.” Sheets, towels, blankets, clothes - it doesn’t matter - it gets unbalanced, the machine jumps around about 4 inches and then it stops and I have to manually re-distribute the clothes. This happens about 1/3 of the time. I always evenly distribute the items when putting them in and somehow they always end up in a tangled ball. Save yourself a headache and don’t buy this machine.

We called the Geek Sqaud to do a routine maintenance. The tech found that the transmission was faulty. Best Buy decided to give us full credit so we purchased the newer model.

Great Machine

The only complaint is that the tub is so deep that if you are 5’6” or shorter, it is hard to get the clothes off the bottom.

The fact that it agitates as it’s “filling” isn’t my favorite or that it doesn’t actually fill over the clothes. I have to set it to high fill in order for it to even come close to covering the clothes.
