Love the in-washer faucet. The features are a bit confusing at first - still navigating them even after reading the manual, but good quality washer.

I read through the direction book 2. Times. It took about 5 loads of cloths to feel comfortable.

Love our new washer and dryer after not having a washer for 30 days you learn to really appreciate what you have and are able to purchase.

Great washer. App is a very nice feature, but most importantly it works and if its like my last Maytag it will last quite a while.

Night and day difference from my old washer. The spin cycle is superior and almost dries thr clothes which requires minimal drying

So far everything has been great with this machine and for the price compared to other manufacturers its cant relate.

Our copy failed about 10 months. We called for service when it started making a horrible whirring and banging noise during spin. The repair lasted about a week and we called again. The second tech put in a request for replacement. We swapped the dud for an LG on sale and received about a $200 credit. A tiresome process, but Best Buy had our back. I wish all consumer vendors did as well. Thank you Best Buy.

Do not purchase. Have had this four months and it’s broken with water and clothes locked it. Not pumping, drum has dropped inside, lid won’t open. Maytag isn’t open on the weekend to schedule any service. Waited on hold an hour with the automated system hanging up on me three times before I got to a person. Now I have to wait for service and if they can’t fix it I’m directed to call and wait on hold again. The machine is bad and the customer service is worse. I did purchase the Best Buy extended warranty and they have now told me it isn’t usable until the manufacturer warranty is up so I’m stuck dealing with Maytag and apparently paid for the Best Buy plan for no reason. Before it broke I would still not recommend. Unbalances frequently and is very noise when sensing and draining.

I actually thought that by buying a Maytag I would have some good years of dependable service with few if any service calls. I liked the features advertised. I paid more than I would have for other brands/models. I didn't write a review right away though, as I wanted to be sure that the machine performed well. That was not the case. My washing machine is not yet 18 months old and on the SECOND service call I was told that the part needed would cost within 100 dollars of what I paid for the machine, and that did not include labor. We've had issues with balancing loads for months. Some of the cycles stopped working completely so we just used the few settings that did work. As for the wireless, we were only able to connect one phone, efforts to add others failed. Now I'm just going to throw the whole thing out and start over. No use dumping good money after bad for something that is obviously going to prove very costly to repair every six months or so, and that's when the machine is new. I really don't think it would make it to old age without basically paying the purchase price over and over again. Stay away. Maytag ain't what it used to be. My machine is barely 18 months old.

Sometimes the control panel doesn't respond and it takes a few minutes to "come alive". Doesn't get my clothes as clean as I would like but this is probably true on all new washers that use less water.

Matched set with dryer we purchased. Previous Maytag with similar features lasted almost 13 years.

I’m absolutely please with my choice and the purchase of this machine. I love the smart features.

My wife is satisfied with the functionality and appearance of the machine, only objection I have is some shaking and vibration on one of the wash cycles.

Good washer but makes a lot of noice, also stops washing if the load is to heavy.
