Happy so far. I wish that the WiFi function worked without having to be turned on for every load.

The installers were friendly and professional. However, I was charged for a part that was not needed and I was charged for a part that they didn’t have on their truck. They never followed up with me about coming back out to install the part needed to make my steam dryer function properly.

upgraded from a samsung, that piece of junk rusted (on top) they sent a guy to come bolt the top down so it wouldn't fly off and cause a house fire! look it up!! . My wife loves it.

Good. Have to make sure it's level loaded but otherwise very happy.

Tough for the short to reach the bottom but no big deal. It helps to read the directions for the fill levels per your load and it works perfectly.

I keep having to reset the washer by unplugging it for 10 minutes. It will fill with water but not agitate. Also, the autofill option is a joke. It fills about 5 inches.

We like how simple yet very reliable this Maytag washer is. And we love the your wash is finished notifications that get send to our phones

I’ve owned this washer for 6 months now. It does not get clothes clean, even using the extra power button and Tide laundry detergent. I’ve had to wash my husband’s shirts 3 times and they still aren’t clean. The spin cycle leaves sheets and comforters in weird ball shapes, not even wet in the middle.

Washer works great so far - no issues - highly recommend

This washer has exceeded expectations. Everyone likes how stylish it is and loves the digital countdown. Very economical and does what isneeded.

It did not have a adjetator so that machine was returned.

We have gone through many washers. So far this one has not been a problem. Hopefully we get many years out of it. We will see.

Now I know why the Maytag repairman is so bored. They don’t fix anything or stand behind their product. Bought washer in May of 2021. Officially replaced it today. Multiple issues with the electronic controls. Had to have controls replaced a few months ago. Was constantly fighting out of balance issues last night went to do a pod of laundry. I got the power button and was greeted with a loud pop and a electrical flash from under the washer. At the point the washer was dead. As a total tech member. I called Best Buy. They advised me to call Maytag. Maytag said it’s no longer covered under warranty. Said we could pay to have a service man come out to diagnose the issue at our cost. I’d the defective part was covered under the limited warranty, they provide the part but we would be on the hook for the cost of the repair. Seeing as this thing was junk from the start. I couldn’t justify paying for a repair, when it was most likely only going to have more issues in the near future. I will never again buy Maytag or Whirlpool. We will also never buy another big ticket item from Best Buy ever again. Best Buy, you’ll be able to see the thousands of dollars we’ve spent at your stores over the years. I’ll be looking for alternatives going forward

Love this washer! It does everything perfectly. The wireless feature is great to know when it's off balance or the load is done. Installation was done quickly.

Great quality for the money. My 4 year old Samsung had given up on life and this washer that we just purchased is far better than the previous one when it was new.

The washer is great. We can wash things we weren’t able to fit in our other washer because of the location of the agitator . A lot different than are older model had to read about the settings.

The delivery man JAKE was knowledgeable, courteous, and clearly informative about our purchase and it’s operation.

Very good appliance. Cuts down on wash time. Easy to use and understand.

I've only had this for a few weeks, but I am very satisfied with the functionality of this machine.
