Great washer for an even greater price. My old washer was going to cost way to much to repair, so I got a new one.

Purchased a Maytag washer and dryer in 2022 excellent purchase

I got this machine after doing my research and it had good reviews, but my experience was that frequently large articles would create an air pocket above the impeller and this item would stay dry through the entire wash cycle also I had repeated items that would have detergent residue on them even after a second washing. I ended up returning it and buying a more expensive LG machine that is much better.

This washer worked great and we had no complaints for the first couple of days. Then we noticed water on the floor coming from under the machine. All hoses were OK no leaks from the outside. Lift the machine up and look up into the inside and water is dripping down from the valves. We returned it for an LG. Best Buy service was awesome for this. They made it happen and fast with no problems.

Washer is deep. Cannot reach to get clothes from the bottom when cycle is complete. Does not fill with enough water even when using "deep fill" mode. Does not circulate clothes enough. Would not recommend.

I’m very happy with my Maytag washer and my Samsung dishwasher great and friendly service and delivery was prompt and quick will definitely be buying from them again soon

Great washer.. it does everything advertised ………..

I am very unhappy with this expensive washer I purchased in February/2022. I frequently needs constant supervision to make sure it completes cycles without getting loads out of balance. Recently the end of cycle signal stopped working and we have to set timers because there is no way to know that loads have ended unless you are in front of the washer. Today I washed a lightweight comforter in the bulky clothes setting and during the last spin a pool of water formed in the middle of the comforter, the tub looked like a bowl full of water, and the machine stopped without draining. I had to again reposition the comforter, which was extremely heavy with all that water "inside" and was forced to run the drain and spin cycle twice! Worst washer I've ever had!

Our washer lasted a total of 13 months and after three repair attempts, Best Buy simply said they did not know how to fix it for less than the cost of a new washer. It worked reasonably well during the warranty period and issues started almost immediately upon warranty expiration. This was the worst appliance experience I have ever had with any manufacturer and the worst repair service as well.

Good just received, a little hard to figure out controls.

I love my washing mahine it's everything I expected and more I definitely recommend it.

Almost $1000 for a washer that only 14 months after purchasing , the locking mechanism breaks and we now have to pay $300 and wait a week for the part. This has not been a good washer. It says it can handle large loads but it can't. It is not nearly as good as the Maytag washer we had before that lasted 10 years. I will never buy Maytag or Whirlpool again.

Excellent Clothes Washer. Love the wifi that lets me know when my clothes are complete so I can move them to the dryer

Cleans beautifully, very quite, versatile but easy to use. Clothing spins virtually dry. Easy on clothes. Great on stain removal. Absolutely would buy again.
