Maytag is a long running name brand. This machine seemed so much better put together than the others on the showroom floor.

Love the top loader. Maytag is and has always been my choice for washers and dryers. Bought the first generation front-loader many, many years ago.

We love the brand. In purchasing new machine we love the top load. Still have to use all choices to wash. Was actually surprised how deep the tub is how easy to wash comforters in king sized easily .

I am very pleased with this washing machine. The clothes come out clean and the spin dry is awesome.

After just 3 months of having this machine it is already having issues. It stays on sensing and skips directly to washing complete. This wasn’t a cheap machine so I’m extra disappointed that I paid so much for “top of the line” for it to have issues in such a short period.

Worst appliance purchase I have made. Washer has gone two years, not worth putting any more $ into. First week having it home, the internal drain hose ruptured, flooded my laundry room, though part and service covered under warranty. Several months later the agitator sheared off, so we use without agitator (base still mixes garments very rigorously). After 1st year, water pump went out. Now at year two it’s dead and needs a new control board- $600?? The machine has not performed well, often running and agitating clothing without water. You must babysit this machine to watch water levels. It also agitates the garments so rigorously that it twists them up into a tight mass (breaks off agitator) and becomes unbalanced, errors out, load stops, you must untangle and try again. So tired of it. Machine was $900 new, for two years of struggle with this machine, not worth replacing control board, better off cutting losses and shopping for a different machine. Not a happy customer!

The only drawback on this washer is that it’s difficult to wash heavy loads like blankets or bulky items. I want to thank Best Buy to let me return this item for a front loader washer.

Great washer!! Only issue is when loose change gets stuck on the bottom of the rotating panel (no agitator) it will not properly drain the clothes.

Had problems after just two months. Thought I was doing something wrong and just delt With the lousy noisy washing… at 6 months it refused to work completely!!! Spent over $100 at the laundromat because the techs can’t come diagnose it for 3 weeks!!!! To make matters worse, they will need time to order parts and I can’t even imagine when this piece of junk will work again. Incredibly upset!

I'm happy with the purchase of our maytag washer. Happy with the fitment of the washer in the space we have.

Love the in-washer faucet. The features are a bit confusing at first - still navigating them even after reading the manual, but good quality washer.

It does its job, having extra features that I don't really use. I would if I could figure it out, the installers didn't leave me with any instructions on how to use the Smart Features.

Very unhappy with this purchase and very mad at myself for rushing into this thinking I couldn't go wrong with a Maytag. It rocks and shakes with every towel load, in addition to the fact it is a very loud machine with every load. I bought this to replace an LG that only lasted 6 years. I wish now I had just purchased another LG. Despite the fact it may have only last a few years, at least it would have been a satisfied few years.

We love this washer. We are waiting for the removable agitator, but overall this washer has been amazing.

i love it! i never had a washer that was this advanced in technology. I am enjoying washing clothes now.
