The washer works fine although it takes longer to complete a load than I was used to.

The day we had the washer delivered (and setup), we noticed the laundry not being cleaned. After the second day we called Best Buy and they transferred me to Whirlpool and Whirlpool set up an appointment with a local repair shop, but failed to let the repair shop know about the appointment. Eventually the repair shop came out and found that the brand new washer failed 2 out of the 3 test they ran. It will take at least a week to get replacement parts, but this is a brand new washer. Should it need it?

Bought this open box item and it only made it half way through the first cycle and would not drain. I had to suck out the water with my wet vac and returned it

Outstanding quality, really fit the bill for what we needed.

I have my new Maytag washer for a week and I'm happy. This washer is quiet and it gets my clothes cleaner than my old machine.

It does not have the option that I wanted, washing my clothes! Every option adds water to tub and jiggles it’s contents. No options to wash and agitate. Sometimes even on deep fill with any option it offers, may not even get the clothes in the top of the pile wet.

Won't be delivered until July 23. But to qualify for the cash, I have to submit a review by July 21

We bought this washer to replace our front loading GE that I wasn’t happen with. This came highly reviewed. After having it a few months, I wish I could return it. Awful washing machine. First of all, the plastic cap that holds the door shut is extremely cheap and flimsy. We snapped it in half just opening the washer lid. And nope, it won’t run without it. I had to use superglue to put the piece back together to hope it held until a spare arrived. Cheaply built. The worst, however, is how this machine handles bulky items. If you have any intention of ever washing sheets or bedding, do NOT buy this machine. It doesn’t matter how delicating I load it and try to balance the load, it will ALWAYS get out of balance and stop working mid cycle. I have to pull apart soaking wet sheets and blankets several times some loads, spending hours to try to find a perfect balance and finish a single load. My front loader (which I hated) never had that issue. Do not be fooled by the good reviews. This is a terrible washing machine that you should NOT buy.

It barely adds enough water to get the clothes wet, and agitated them so hard (even on delicate) I’m afraid my clothes will be ruined!

Best dryer I've ever owned. Made in the US. Love it. It has already lasted longer than two Samsung models I've had.
