It stop washing the 1st week of Jan. 2023. I contacted the company who came out today. I was told that i could only wash one queen size comforter by it self and nothing else because it would overload and not wash. I bought this washer so i could wash more than one item. I am not satisfied with the washer at all and "Amy" the lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude and didn't help the situation. I purchase all my major appliances and electronics from here and I'm very disappointed with this washer. I'm a caregiver who needs a washer that's going work. Don't waste your money on this washer!!!

Web reviews show as unreliable and fails often. We named it the knot master because the clothes are knotted together when the cycle is complete.
