It is a long reach to the bottom. That bothered me at first. But it can wash a king size comforter and pillowcases so it's worth it.

It would "sense" the load, then say that the wash was complete. We called Maytag because it was still under warranty. HORRIBLE service. We'll never buy a Maytag again.

We purchase this item on October 17 of 2023. We waited for this item to show up on the 31th of October. To have the item come in damaged now Bestbuy is making wait a month to the date of purchase to get the replacement washer. I’ve call there customer service team and it seems like they don’t care. I called a couple of days ago frustrated asked to speak with a manager and was placed on hold for a good 10 mins until I hung up. According to Bestbuy that’s the best date they could give me.. at this point I have no other choice.

I sent the unit back because of a lack of water to clean the clothes and couldn't even spin without banging around. "Efficient" units aren't what they used to be.
