Works good. My white’s doesn’t get as white as with my old machine with the agitator but I can wash my king comforter in it and that was my main reason for this purchase. I love the size

We love it. Full size, it’s quiet, and the glass top looks great.

I liked the machine. Don’t make such noise like the others models. It’s a big machine.

Deep tub, uses very little water but washes great. Only issue is that the pump out cycle is a little loud.

Bought this washer, and matching dryer, when they came out due to the large load capacity. Has never filled up enough with water (even when selecting deep fill or bulky items) and starts turning with dry clothes. The clothes then wrap around the agotator and cause the mahcine to go off balance. Come back 20 minutes later and the thing has walked itself across the room due to being off blance. And good luck untangling your clothes from the agitator. Contacted Geek Squad and someone was supposed to come out this past Wednesday. Still havent received a phone call to get it looked at.

The washer works well. We had lint balls sticking all over the clothes in the first few loads and had to rewash them one or two times. Once I researched the issue and realized that we were using too much detergent, the issue was resolved. The capacity is huge! I love all of the washing options. I'm so happy that I switched back to a top loader.

I'm very disappointed in this washer. We bought Nov. 2020 to replace our previous Maytag Bravos which lasted about 13yrs (until that unit spontaneously caught fire.) We figured it lasted us without any major issues for over 10 years, so we purchase another Bravos washer. This one is barely 2 years old and has been so testy from the beginning. Constantly throws error codes. Then about a month ago it stopped working completely. It would keep "sensing" the load for about 3 mins, never fill with water, then go straight to "washing complete". I purchased 3yr Geek Squad protection so contacted Best Buy/Geek Squad. It took almost a week to get a local tech to come diagnose it. Then over another week for all the replacement parts to come in. He came back with 3 other technicians and the four of them replaced multiple parts, including the clutch, rotor, stator, valves, and slider. It worked for exactly 2 loads and then they closed my ticket. Then on the 3rd load, it started with the exact same problem as it did before-- sensing but never washing and then reading "washing complete" after 3 mins. I texted the Geek Squad tech, he said he now needs to replace the main power control board. I have now been without a washer for over a month, with a family of 5 including 3 soccer players. We have spent hundreds at the laundromat in the past few weeks. Now I have to wait for the tech to come back this weekend, (if the part even comes in in time) and if that "fixes it" again. They refuse to initiate a return or exchange because I have to have the same problem for 90 days. Even if it does work, by this time they will have replaced nearly every major component on the washing machine which to me is unacceptable for a 2 year old, thousand dollar appliance. I have very little faith in this washer/Maytag/Geek Squad/Best Buy at this time.

Shame on you Maytag. I have finally bought a matching new washing machine and dryer for my move. Waited a long time for this to happen. I have used this for 2 years. My washer has now completely stopped working. I should not have to have an extended warranty. I have had repair technicians out to look at it and ALL of them have said it's not worth the cost to fix this machine. ALL of them have stated, these machines are having the same issues. LEMON??? This is simply not acceptable. I am not the only consumer having issues with this model, possibly others. As a mom of two kids, doing laundry is a necessity. With the cost of living and the cost of these appliances, they should not be irreparable in a 2 year period. To have technicians say they won't bother fixing it due to the repair cost involved buying a new machine is more practical, or the machine not even being fixable is completely WRONG. We are hard working families purchasing this product MAYTAG! There has to be something done about this. Buyer beware, do NOT purchase this or any other Maytag product. They simply do not care. I have tried reaching customer support and they provide no help or answers.

Over the years, I’ve noticed a significant decline in workmanship and reliability. I purchased our washer in 2022 along with the Geek Squad 5-year insurance plan for peace of mind—something we never needed with previous Maytag models. Unfortunately, within just a year, we had to use the insurance. After four different repair orders and weeks of frustration without a working washer, Geek Squad ultimately came through by offering a replacement of the same model or store credit toward another brand. Due to our disappointing experience, we decided to switch to LG altogether.

When washer received the lock of the top was broken. We were looking forward to having a Maytag, but your store didn't have one the same. Quality we don't know since we didn't use it. I can't recommend since I don't know how it would have worked.

We really worked this Washer with 4 boys and our laundry. Very reliable and works great.

DO NOT BUY, the wire harness breaks every 6 months. Luckily I have purchased the extended warranty and after 3 repairs, it still continues to break. Best Buy won't replace, they just continue to "try" repair it. DO NOT BUY and DO NOT TRUST best buy to repair properly. Oh, this last repair is going on 4 weeks with Geek Squad.

We’ve had this washer only for a short time, so it should be noted that time will tell overall. Having said that, so far, so good! We love it’s roominess and that it balances itself before the machine actually goes through the wash cycle. My husband loves that you can set the machine for specific loads, like towels.

Amazing product! I bought this Maytag and it has unique feautures, huge drum, and highly innovative. It has a great feature that has a water sensor that senses the amount of water needed for the load size. The drum size is great it allows for xtra large loads. This Maytag washing machine is also "Smart" can download app to start wash when not home . I've had a great experience with this Washer, it's definitely a need to have for everyone's home , it's high in Quality and has great feautures. I recommend.
