Too many repairs visits to earn the name maytag

DO NOT BUY MAYTAG ANYMORE THEY ARE WAY TOO EXPRESSIVE TO BE THIS UNRELIABLE!!

It thinks for itself, and works like magic. I’v had this awesome washer since October, 2024. As of this review on March 20, 2025, no problems, and all is good!! Thank you for the professionalism provided me by the knowledgeable staff.

Don’t buy. Bad service bad product

Nothing but problems. Stopped working mid cycle many problems with electric panel. Bought extended warranty , 1 yr commitment. Warranty’s service man would not fix it bc I took a few screws of back panel. Electric panel is broken and the new new panel is on back order with no date listed. 90+days Now I’m stuck in a warranty for a year I can’t cancel without 180$ fee. So I cannot get it fixed. I cannot cancel my warranty. They told me nobody can come to fix it because the panel has been removed and it is listed in my profile as being tampered with. I am still paying off this washer furthermore, the electric panel they need to replace is on backorder indefinitely. I need Best Buy to compensate us for this. Five people in the family, haven’t got to go to the laundromat is virtually impossible.

Clothes spin and drain so they are practically dry. Stain removing rinse that releases water for spout cleaning. Quick cycle! Clothes are extremely clean! Love it!
