So happy I upgraded to a Maytag

Large and quite but what I like the most is you can set it to add more water. This replaced a GE energy efficient washing machine where I couldn’t not adjust water levels. I always felt like it didn’t use enough water.

Washer leaks and BestBuy delivery

BestBuy scheduled a product exchange for free, but they used the wrong shipping address even though my correct address was set to my account's Shipping Address and is the same address they shipped the original wash to. Resolving this was a nightmare. I was passed around their support teams to 10 different people and left on hold repeatedly only to be told they couldn't do anything to help me for another 24 hours. I'll have been without a working washing machine for over a week because of this mistake. I just hope that the new unit works correctly when it eventually arrives.

The only downside to the washer is that it's very deep so getting clothes out is a bit tough for shorter people.

My only complaint is that it is hard to reach inside the washer sometimes. I'm 5'3" so that explains it. I feel like my clothes are really clean!

I don't often write reviews, but I feel other potential buyers should be warned about the issues I have had with this appliance (purchased less than a year ago). It is the worst appliance I have ever owned. I bought it because I had had a great experience with another Maytag washer, but this one is terrible. It constantly has load balancing issues (especially with sheets), where it will get stuck at 28 minutes, rattle violently around, and keep filling and draining water. I then have to stop it, run a "Drain and Spin" cycle, spread the items out in the washer to try to balance them, and run it again, hoping it won't have the same problem (it often does). It is a huge time-waster, and I wish I hadn't bought this machine. I am giving it two stars only because when it does actually manage to complete a cycle, it does a good job getting things clean.

This is a big washer which allows you to wash bulk items, and uses less water and energy than a front load washer. Replaced my 21 year Maytag with this one. Hopefully, this one lasts 21 years too!
