Sometimes would not wet all the clothes well so I assume also did not wash well all the time. I did not purchase a warranty as this was advertised as having a good warranty. It covers everything BUT the motor/labor. The motor replacement with labor was going to cost about $600+. Almost the cost of a new machine. My last scratch and dent lasted me at least 10 years before this one. What a disappointment. The tech stated that there is 1 bolt at the bottom holding it onto the machine that also has sensors. I guess the bolt loosened over time from his suggestion of washing "BIG" loads of clothes...well that's why I bought the machine.....He put the bolt in and tightened everything and we tried to start the machine again and it would not "sense" the clothes to run a cycle. It keeps thinking the machine is "empty." So now I have to find a new machine all over again....buy something else!

Not exactly happy when u do blankets it never stays level. You almost always need to readjust them. Other than that it washes clothes great and they are about dry when finished.

Out of balance

At the end of the cycle the 2 small rugs were in a tight ball and One did not appear Clean. Another time the load was out of balance I was able to pause, shift the items and restart.

I needed a high capacity washer fast and Best Buy came through. I must admit Best Buy wasn’t my first stop, I went to another big box store and they had nothing in stock and delivery was going to be slow. Best Buy had a better product and faster delivery, and it was on sale so price was great as well!

Took delivery yesterday, looking into the return policy now. 5 loads, not a single one has completed a spin cycle due to unbalanced loads. Then you have to sit and baby sit it while it tries to restart after moving around all the wet cloths. Last night it took 5 attempts just to get it to complete. It's terrible. Never had this issue with my old Bravos and not doing anything different. Then the digital touch screen - just give me buttons. What a hassle.

I replaced a 11 year old cabrio set! I miss the old control panel!
