    I've been experiencing nothing but problems with this washing machine since I purchased it. From issues as simple as the fabric softener not dispensing to consistently encountering an uneven load no matter the number or weight of items in the washer. Additionally, it emits a clicking noise that I can hear from anywhere in the house. I acquired this washer in May of 2022, and I've already had to call for servicing three times. Despite its large capacity, it feels like I'm able to wash even fewer items effectively.

    We purchased the washer in October 2023. As soon as we used it, I noticed it was very loud during the wash cycle and sounded like there were ball bearings rolling around. I had no idea if this was normal as I never had a washer sound like that. When the repair man came out to fix the dryer in April 2024 we had him take a look. He stated it was not normal and required repair. He "repaired" in on 4/29. I'm not sure what he did as it doesn't sound any different. I thought Maytag was a reliable brand. I thought wrong.

    This is a fabulous washer with multiple wash options. I have always loved Maytag. My last washer lasted over 20 years and still works fabulously well.

    Washer is great and does a really good job at taking out stains with our bleach just wish they delivered the exact one I asked for, with the removable middle piece

    We have owned this washer over a month now and really enjoy it a lot ! We usually buy Maytag for our washer and dryer’s and have found them to be reliable. This one is simple to run and has a lot of nice added features too. Normally we have bought our appliances at another store but Best Buy had a better price. They also gave us great service and would definitely buy from them again.
