After just 3 months of having this machine it is already having issues. It stays on sensing and skips directly to washing complete. This wasn’t a cheap machine so I’m extra disappointed that I paid so much for “top of the line” for it to have issues in such a short period.

A good washer with a lot of usable features, has been a pleasure to use so far.

At first no issue had to get used to all the functions. After few month of use having issue with noise. Some washing cycle the noise is so loud we have to turn it off. I’m going to be calling Maytag for warranty call and see how it goes. I would recommend the professional installation from Best Buy.

I like how much laundry I can put in it. And like the bulk cycle for blanket.

Worst appliance purchase I have made. Washer has gone two years, not worth putting any more $ into. First week having it home, the internal drain hose ruptured, flooded my laundry room, though part and service covered under warranty. Several months later the agitator sheared off, so we use without agitator (base still mixes garments very rigorously). After 1st year, water pump went out. Now at year two it’s dead and needs a new control board- $600?? The machine has not performed well, often running and agitating clothing without water. You must babysit this machine to watch water levels. It also agitates the garments so rigorously that it twists them up into a tight mass (breaks off agitator) and becomes unbalanced, errors out, load stops, you must untangle and try again. So tired of it. Machine was $900 new, for two years of struggle with this machine, not worth replacing control board, better off cutting losses and shopping for a different machine. Not a happy customer!

Our copy failed about 10 months. We called for service when it started making a horrible whirring and banging noise during spin. The repair lasted about a week and we called again. The second tech put in a request for replacement. We swapped the dud for an LG on sale and received about a $200 credit. A tiresome process, but Best Buy had our back. I wish all consumer vendors did as well. Thank you Best Buy.

I bought this washer 4 1/2 months ago and it's already broken down. It just suddenly had no power. Whirlpool/ Maytag can't get a repair person to fix it for over a week. This should've never happened being only having it for a short period of time. Also, way too long to wait for a repair person. People at Whirlpool not very friendly or helpful.

Great washer! Love the built in sink!! Awesome capacity and smaller then my old washer!

I keep having to reset the washer by unplugging it for 10 minutes. It will fill with water but not agitate. Also, the autofill option is a joke. It fills about 5 inches.

We like how simple yet very reliable this Maytag washer is. And we love the your wash is finished notifications that get send to our phones

The installers were friendly and professional. However, I was charged for a part that was not needed and I was charged for a part that they didn’t have on their truck. They never followed up with me about coming back out to install the part needed to make my steam dryer function properly.

Didn’t wash well . The cloth do not move inside while washing

This washer has exceeded expectations. Everyone likes how stylish it is and loves the digital countdown. Very economical and does what isneeded.

Good. Have to make sure it's level loaded but otherwise very happy.

Great washer at a great value. Will occasionally throw itself off balance during the spin cycle.
