    Had problems after just two months. Thought I was doing something wrong and just delt With the lousy noisy washing… at 6 months it refused to work completely!!! Spent over $100 at the laundromat because the techs can’t come diagnose it for 3 weeks!!!! To make matters worse, they will need time to order parts and I can’t even imagine when this piece of junk will work again. Incredibly upset!

    We absolutely love the new washer. The clothes get much more dryer. Or less wet . I like the extra power button And water level size. In fact we have 2 now. Bought one for my son

    Love this washer! It does everything perfectly. The wireless feature is great to know when it's off balance or the load is done. Installation was done quickly.

    The washer is great. We can wash things we weren’t able to fit in our other washer because of the location of the agitator . A lot different than are older model had to read about the settings.

    It does its job, having extra features that I don't really use. I would if I could figure it out, the installers didn't leave me with any instructions on how to use the Smart Features.

    drum is so hugh that it just takes one load to wash. Just getting use to the water level because it seems so little water.

    We love the brand. In purchasing new machine we love the top load. Still have to use all choices to wash. Was actually surprised how deep the tub is how easy to wash comforters in king sized easily .

    Already having electrical issues with this washer, DO NOT purchase. Mind you the entire electrical in garage in brand new. Wire popped screen light turns off and on -no word just blank

    The men that delivered our new Magtag were the best organized delivery people we have ever had .They were in and out in 15 minutes , everything was perfect.

    This washer gets off balance with large loads. The only reason I purchased it was for the large capacity wash sheets/towels. It stops at around 30 mins left and just keeps draining and filling, to rebalance itself. It takes a couple of hours to get through a large load with all the rebalancing.
