    I purchased my washer in Jun 23, 2022, for the bigger tub. It stop washing the 1st week of Jan. 2023. I contacted the company who came out today. I was told that i could only wash one queen size comforter by it self and nothing else because it would overload and not wash. I bought this washer so i could wash more than one item. I am not satisfied with the washer at all and "Amy" the lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude and didn't help the situation. I purchase all my major appliances and electronics from here and I'm very disappointed with this washer. I'm a caregiver who needs a washer that's going work. Don't waste your money on this washer!!!

    In all honesty I don’t know how to write this review that Bestbuy is asking to write. We purchase this item on October 17 of 2023. We waited for this item to show up on the 31th of October. To have the item come in damaged now Bestbuy is making wait a month to the date of purchase to get the replacement washer. I’ve call there customer service team and it seems like they don’t care. I called a couple of days ago frustrated asked to speak with a manager and was placed on hold for a good 10 mins until I hung up. According to Bestbuy that’s the best date they could give me.. at this point I have no other choice.

    I love it. The tub is bigger than I thought it would be. It is a long reach to the bottom. That bothered me at first. But it can wash a king size comforter and pillowcases so it's worth it.
